Client context

Where the business was starting from

A multi-audience content platform rebuilt from the ground up after a year on the wrong technical foundation.

The challenge

What was getting in the way

YourPlat4orm came to LeanGains after spending twelve months trying to force a complex product vision onto a Webflow setup that could not carry it. The platform needed to serve two very different audiences from one product: creators publishing and monetising content, and consumers discovering and paying for access across video, music, news and magazines.

What we built

How the platform was designed around the real workflow

We took over the build and restructured delivery into clear phases. A working prototype shipped within four weeks, followed by a production platform within three months. We launched news and articles first to establish the content foundation, then added music streaming and video in sequence, using live feedback from each phase to shape the next.

What changed

What the client gained once the system was live

The resulting platform supports role-based access control, a credit-based micropayment model, and streaming for three media types, while giving non-technical creators a CMS they can use without developer support. LeanGains continues to maintain and develop the platform into its second year.

Why this matters

What this project says about how we work

This project shows how we design one platform for audiences with very different needs and permissions, then de-risk delivery by rolling it out in phases shaped by real user feedback.

Each project solves a different operational problem, but the through-line is the same: software fitted to the business, not the other way around.
