WorkerBee: Unified ERP and AI Governance Layer
A unified ERP experience for a growing business that had outgrown disconnected tools and manual reporting.

Client context
Where the business was starting from
A unified ERP experience for a growing business that had outgrown disconnected tools and manual reporting.
The challenge
What was getting in the way
WorkerBee had scaled beyond its systems. Different tools had been introduced to solve individual problems, but together they created data silos, duplicated effort, and no unified view of the business. Building a coherent operational picture required manual effort and still left leadership unsure what was actually true.
What we built
How the platform was designed around the real workflow
We began by mapping WorkerBee's systems and data flows, identifying which parts of the business each tool owned and what a unified operational view would need to surface. We then built a data pipeline and delivered a single ERP platform through which the team could access the information they needed without constantly switching between tools.
What changed
What the client gained once the system was live
AI was introduced with governance built in, so every AI-driven output is traceable, auditable, and bounded by clear rules. The result is a faster operation with less manual overhead and leadership with a clearer view of what is happening across the organisation.

Each project solves a different operational problem, but the through-line is the same: software fitted to the business, not the other way around.
