What was getting in the way
Venturi BoldBrew was running a vertically integrated supply chain through complex spreadsheets. Stock reconciliation was manual and error-prone, production capacity was estimated from static assumptions, and off-the-shelf inventory tools were either too feature-heavy, too expensive, or a poor fit for the company's actual workflow.
What we built
How the platform was designed around the real workflow
We mapped the supply chain end to end, from raw material intake through production batching, plant-level stock management, and finished goods distribution. We then built a bespoke inventory platform fitted to Venturi's real operation, with dynamic capacity modelling, scenario planning, and an AI assistant that answers operational questions in plain language using live inventory and recipe data.

The business moved from spreadsheet-led operations to a live system designed around how the plant actually works. Leadership gained a platform that supports planning before decisions are made, while the operations team can get immediate answers without manually assembling them from disconnected sources.
